This family friendly home is less than 2 miles from Walmart and restaurants. Wifi, Netflix, Starz, Prime video are included with your stay. There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, & a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets & no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guests.

Dune Villa is located on the west end of 30-A. Our stand alone guest house has a private entrance with guest parking, full kitchen, laundry, queen size bed, bathroom and outdoor shower. The house is located in a secluded area off Scenic Highway 30A, about 1/2 mile from the Beach access at Stallworth lake. We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

North Hill Guesthouse

This small but cute guesthouse, repainted and its floors refinished in December 2024, is a five-minute drive from downtown Pensacola, the double A baseball stadium on Pensacola Bay, and a host of restaurants and bars. It is also 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the beautiful Gulf Coast. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.

Carriage House 1.5 bed/1 bath located off 30A

You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, the people and the location. This guest house is located in a gated community just steps from the beach with a community pool across from the home. Beach is 700 steps from front door along a paved sidewalk to private beach access for the neighborhood. The Carriage House is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and solo adventurers. Need more room? We have a larger home on property that sleeps 11.

This is a roomy 500 square foot (46 m2) bright and airy studio with full bath. The beach is just a half-mile away; an easy walk or a very short drive. Attached to a seldom-used two-car garage, it is super quiet, completely private, and very clean. Your hosts are a retired couple who live on-site in a detached residence. English and German spoken. Pets (one dog only) welcome with prior coordination. Late check in is NOT available; we will meet you at the door.
