The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Note: Our property has recently been cleaned up after Hurricane Helene. The town of Hendersonville and Asheville are all open and many favorite spots have reopened. Only 8 miles (approximately 15 minutes) to downtown Hendersonville, 13 miles (approximately 25 minutes) to chimney rock and lake lure, and 18 miles (approximately 30 minutes) to downtown Asheville

Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood, the Byrd Box is a mile from our quaint downtown with shops, restaurants, and local pubs; a 20 minute drive from hiking trails, waterfalls, and apple orchards; and a short hour from the ski slopes! Come relax on our porch swing and enjoy the beautiful Blueridge Mountains. UPDATE: we recently added a fire pit patio area for your use. *Please note that our home is accessed via a short set of stairs.

Cabin on Walnut Cove

Our recently restored cabin is located 15 minutes from downtown Hendersonville and 12 minutes from DuPont State Forest. This is a great home base for adventures in both Henderson and Transylvania counties. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. A stay at our cabin is a great opportunity to enjoy rural life in Western NC. Pretty Place Chapel is about 35-40 minutes away.

Asheville Wooded Retreat on 50-Acre Farm

Enjoy all the outdoor adventures Asheville has to offer while staying in the Scandinavian-styled tiny house situated on 50 acres of farmland and forest. Directly across the French Broad River from Sierra Nevada Brewing and just 15 minutes from Asheville Regional Airport, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the farm while roasting marshmallows and enjoying a glass of wine on your private deck.
