Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

Our pet friendly beach house has a seaside theme inside, with log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We have provided fibre broadband, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod for when the weather is not so great. It’s a short walk to the beach. Free EV charging for guests. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

A beautiful and welcoming cottage situated in the small village of Seaton, East Yorkshire, 5 minutes from the seaside town of Hornsea. The cottage is a perfect retreat for a couple wishing to explore the wonderful East Yorkshire Coast or just looking for a relaxing break. Elstree is a self-contained annexe to our house with allocated parking off-road and basic kitchen facilities — suitable for a short break but not for hosting dinner parties! We welcome pets and kids (although we don’t provide specialist things for infants and teenagers might find it a squash!). It is 10 min leisurely walk to the town centre and beautiful Scarborough South Bay beach, all theatres and seaside essentials. A home from home cosy space for peace, quiet and rest.

Croft Cottage is situated on the edge of the quaint fishing village in Flamborough on the East Yorkshire coast. This luxury cottage in Flamborough, sleeps 5 (1 x King size bed, 1 x Double bed, 1 x Single bed). The cottage has been furnished and decorated to a high standard, with an enclosed garden, large patio area and secure garage, which is available on request to store bikes, golfing equipment and fishing tackle.

"THE HUT" a pleasant hide away.

"The Hut" is a garden summerhouse simply decorated with a double bed to sleep 2, it has a small kitchenette to give you independence. It is situated in an enclosed well-maintained garden, with access through the main house, with a downstairs washroom, and upstairs bathroom which are shared facilities. Seating and table in the garden so you can eat alfresco and relax in the evening.
