Bluebell has a cute kitchen with hob & wood-burner, table & 4ft-wide memory mattress. HOT OUTDOOR SHOWER, fire pit, BBQ, compost loo. Robes & towels provided. Blissfully WIFI-free

Plenty of amenities close by with lovely village pub, village shop and church all within a few minutes walk. NOTE Cosy Christmas cabin available from the 1st December, decorated for the festive period. We can take booking beyond 3 months on request.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Redwood is a charming loft conversion with views overlooking a garden, swimming pool, and farmland fields in the perfect location for both the South Downs and the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with several nearby pubs. Situated within the quaint village of Loxwood, you can enjoy the enchanting Surrey/Sussex countryside and rich wildlife. Enjoy a drink as the sun sets over our swimming pool or a picnic looking over the stunning nearby views. Continental Breakfast included.

Wake to a complimentary continental breakfast basket delivered to your door & make the most of a late morning check out.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Nightingale Cabin

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

The Woodland Zeppelin (Outdoor Bath Available April to November) Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular romantic and lifestyle retreat, from busy lives, since then. The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.

Part of a converted Victorian School which is now a family home. Tea and coffee making facilities provided, kettle, toaster and fridge. The house is a 5 minute walk into Billingshurst, a pretty village at the heart of beautiful West Sussex, with great pubs, cafes, supermarket and shops.
