Relax and unwind at Casa de Mar - our 3 bed, 3 full bath ocean front home on the North Shore. Close to Salem and Boston, overlooking Swampscott Bay to Nahant. The great room has 25' ceilings, a 70" flat screen TV, and 2 seating areas. Modern kitchen, new appliances. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, private balcony, and en suite bath. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony. The third bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath.

We welcome you to our comfortable getaway one block from the sea ! Beautiful and newly renovated. Located in a family neighborhood with houses close together so very important that our guests are respectful, in terms of noise and disturbances . Absolutely no parties are allowed. As a tight knit neighborhood, we will be alerted if house rules are not obeyed . We love treating guests with special touches upon request. Additional amenities, for a fee, can enhance the enjoyment of your stay.

One bedroom apartment near Boston and Salem.

Keep in mind this is a basement apartment and has its own private entrance around the back through the side alley next to the garage, does not have cooking capabilities, nevertheless, we have a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and a small fridge. The first and second floor of the house is also an Airbnb. Parties are not allowed. Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment, smoking is permitted outdoors. The product of a complete gut renovation in 2020. The unit is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.
