In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Comodo ai servizi ( centro abitato e centro commerciale). Raggiungibili in auto o in bicicletta la bellissima pineta di Marina di Cecina e il mare. The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Ground floor: large living room with fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bathroom; upstairs: 2 bedrooms (king-size beds) and 1 large bathroom, big shower. A porch for sunset dinners and a private garden overlooking Volterra. Mosquito nets, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and linens are included. No TV for relaxation. Please note: breakfast is not available for the apartments.
