Unit has one bedroom with queen size bed, bar/dining area, couch, and bathroom. Microwave and refrigerator in bar. Owners live above apartment and will be there if needed. There is a private entrance so you don't need to see us at all! Located 8 minutes from Seneca wine trail, 10 minutes from Watkins Glen and 20 from Ithaca.

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.
