Steve & Angie are your hosts at Spurrell’s Retreat… a brand new, unique, self-contained, high-tech holiday accommodation, created, as part of our renovation of Manor House Farm. The Retreat offers stylish, peaceful and relaxing accommodation for two adults, open plan living/sleeping, a private raised patio with fire pit and gas BBQ, a separate kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna, all WiFi and audio connected. Two former stock carriages have been joined together by a master craftsman turning them into this stylish cabin with a generous luxury bathroom connecting the kitchenette/bedroom and lounge/bedroom. Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

Lovely self-contained, single-storey barn in North Norfolk. Wood burning stove, dishwasher and washing machine. One en-suite and one family bathroom. Good WiFi. Smart tv’s in 2/3 bedrooms. 15 mins from Cromer beach. Great for families, birders and coastal lovers. Well behaved dogs welcome. Please note there are 2 steps up to the Barnhouse door and it is a gravel drive way for those with difficulty walking. Travel cots and high chairs available on request. The Barn sits on the owners grounds.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

A beautiful 2 bedroom cottage with a stunning south facing garden. The spacious kitchen-diner and family bathroom have recently been renovated. It is close to the Norfolk Broads & the coast, both only 15 minutes drive away. North Walsham station is 2 miles away with frequent trains to Norwich, Cromer & Sheringham. There are many attractions nearby including Bewilderwood, Amazona Zoo, Wroxham Barns, Pettits Adventure Park & Roarr! as well as National Trust properties of Blickling & Felbrigg.

The Studio

This beautifully converted 18th century barn is one of two privately situated in a peaceful rural location in grounds of an Elizabethan Hall. Featuring contemporary art and relaxed modern furnishings, the barn stands in its own south facing walled garden, and is just fifteen minutes by car from coast, National Trust properties and award-winning restaurants. Located just moments from the famous Weaver's Way network of country walks it is the ideal place from which to explore North Norfolk.

Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

One bed cottage in Aylsham, Norfolk

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.
