Down a short gravel road on the outskirts of Yuba City you will find our cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bath 1350 SQFT house tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac. Recently remodeled, our home features all the amenities your family will need for your stay. Tesla charging station for those looking to have the convenience of charging your vehicle at no additional cost. Patio access, but back yard is being reseeded so we ask you stay off grass.

Spacious 2,350 sq ft, 3 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 full bathrooms - house with living room (with couch, loveseat, and work space), game room (with futon), and laundry room. Backyard has a BBQ grill, table with 6 chairs, an umbrella, outdoor couch, extra foldable chairs, fire pit, playground, and small child's table. Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable for smaller groups.
