Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Directly on the Pincushion Trail System (which links to the Superior Hiking Trail) you'll find endless hiking options right outside your door. The Lena dome is 5 minutes from downtown Grand Marais where you can eat at amazing restaurants, hear great live music, enjoy time by Lake Superior, and explore beautifully curated local shops. Lena has electricity, but no heat or cooking supplies, so plan for an elevated camping experience. READ BELOW

The Kalliot A-Frame is one of two brand new cabins on the Lake at Stay Boreal near Tofte, MN. We pulled out all of the stops in order to provide you with the best stay, such as a private panoramic barrel sauna, heated floors, a high-output outdoor gas firebowl amidst a beautiful patio space, free level 2 EV charging and so much more. This cabin was built for family gatherings and a recreational retreat and has been in the family for years. We offer a place to sleep 4 with a pull-out couch, full kitchen, bar area, dining table and a small bathroom with a shower and sink. We also have an outside hydrant to rinse off your equipment or clean your fish and game. Be on the lookout for Moose, Deer, Bear, Fox, Grouse, and many of birds and listen for an occasional Timber Wolf in the night. Trailer parking is onsite.
