Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Mitten der herrlichen Surselva. Im Winter ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten auf den Pisten der Weissen Arena Flims-Laax und kann die Sonne geniessen. Im Sommer laden der nahe gelegene Golfplatz oder die unzähligen Wander- und Bike-Routen ein von Ihnen erkundet zu werden. Die Wohnung wurde im Jahre 2023 auf modernstem Standard frisch renoviert und steht nun erstmals Feriengästen zur Verfügung. Ideal geeignet ist die Wohnung für ein Paar bzw. eine kleine Familie!

Unser Haus steht in einem kleinen Bergdorf mitten in den Glarner Bergen in der Nähe von Elm. Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt im Haus des Gastgebers. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört ein Teil des Gartens. Ein Gasgrill steht unseren Gästen zur Alleinbenutzung zur Verfügung. Gratis Parkplatz beim Haus. Uns liegt das Wohlbefinden unseren Gäste sehr am Herzen. Das ganze Jahr über bieten sich viele verschiedene Aktivitäten in dieser Region an. Für jedermann/frau ist etwas dabei.
