It's perfect base for exploring the area with whale watching, horse riding, hot tubs, a beer spa, fjords, trails and restaurants just a short drive away.

The location is extraordinary as it has breathtaking view, abundant bird-life, spectacular nature and wildlife, country comfort and urban activities and service in town. Walking paths are along the lakes and to surrounding places. Minimum rental is 2 nights.

The inside of the house is bright, because of the big windows and light colors inside. The house is located a 20 minutes drive from both Akureyri and Dalvík - two larger cities. We are easy to reach (even with a small car) in all seasons and there are many activities and natural landmarks in our area.

We are located 20km from Akureyri, so this cabin is the perfect location for those seeking peace and quiet, nature, northern lights or just a great base on the Arctic Coastway.
