Decking areas, outside the living space and bedroom give wonderful views of the countryside. You have sole use of the whole field with al fresco dining area,barbecue, swings,table tennis and its own hens!

The caravan sits in my beautiful garden close to Haldon Forest, the Exe Estuary and the South Devon Coast of Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists and nature lovers. Of road parking, A secure back garden safe for well behaved dogs. Safe storage for bikes, kayaks.

Price is per night per person - extra guests incur extra charge. Stay in an eco-project field, use as a base for exploring or simply stay where you are, enjoying the peace and quiet. Please be aware that low cost comes with a need for you to be environmentally sensitive to your water use and waste disposal. You can bring dogs (sheep in next field) and you can light a fire in the firepit. the caravan is in its own secluded spot a way from the hard standing, in wet weather wellies advised.

Come and stay on the farm in our unique Showman's living van, situated in the heart of Mid Devon, surrounded by wildflower meadows and stunning views across the Devon countryside. The caravan has been renovated with a 1970s charming vintage interior and can comfortably sleep a family of four, with one large double bedroom and two single bedrooms. There is a large lounge with comfy seating and a breakfast bar to sit and enjoy the stunning views and a fully functioning 70s inspired kitchen.

Old Parlour: Dog-lover’s peaceful/private caravan

Our static caravan is situated in the old parlour of our 16th Century home. Surrounded by beautiful views and countryside- it is quiet, private and rural. We are a little ‘off-grid’ - perfect place to read, see dark skies full of stars, have starlings swoop overhead and sleep in total peace. We are very dog and family-friendly here too- pets are allowed inside, there’s a private garden and access to a fully enclosed paddock to run around in off-lead/play footie. Kids are free to roam!

Our caravan is fully DG and GCH There is a shower room with a toilet and sink, and an en-suite toilet to the main bedroom .

Our lakeside caravan, Bluebell, sits at the end of a magical valley - sleeps 4 ( incl separate double bedroom). Also enjoy chill-out Lake Barn (log burner, cooking hob, fridge freezer, microwave, comfy chairs, dining table), horsetrailer bathroom & shower. Note: oven in barn not used - small oven in caravan. Wifi, barbecue, fire pit, tree house. We can provide a 2-bed tent or bring your own tent/camper van for additional fee. Well behaved dogs by permission.
