Amity House is a beautiful Queenslander home ideally located between Noosa and Eumundi. It's the perfect base for your family holiday - a quiet spacious property with views across bushland to Laguna Bay - with the beaches of Noosa and Peregian less than 20 minutes away. This means there is ample opportunity to spot our local wildlife residents undisturbed such as parrots, frogs, echidnas, kangaroos and possums. This private retreat is ideal for those who want the calm and serenity of the bush and fresh air while also being a close drive or bike ride to Peregian beach, Eumundi and Noosa on the Sunshine Coast.

This one-bedroom apartment in Cooroy's best street, is nestled in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, only 20 mins from Noosa’s famous beach. Newly renovated in 2019, this large self-contained apartment (100sq mtrs) is within a 90year-old Queenslander offers a private entry with fully-equipped kitchen, lounge, laundry, office and patio Cooroy's numerous cafes, brewery, hotel, RSL, bowls club, shops, gallery and railway station are all within walking distance.
