This studio is walking distance to the University of Oregon, the Hult & Shedd Performing Arts Centers, The Jazz Station & Downtown Eugene. Eugene full of character, eateries and entertainment. The attached studio has a separate entrance, a kitchenette & outdoor patio. The main bed is a queen and the second is a twin that is a futon love seat with ottoman. If there is a third person it would be best to be a small child. The space is small and is best for 1-2 people.

It also has a Toilet, Sink, Shower and Sauna. Because of the rustic charm of this historic house, the floors overhead can be squeaky and guests can be heard walking over head. As a courtesy, we provide ear plugs, and a fan to help compensate.
