A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas.
