Converted stable, many handmade details restored 2010-15 with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 5 beds + sofa bed. Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Gribskov offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and much more. Esrum monastery is placed 100meter from the house, and offers museum and different activities. In the daytime there are a Café serving light dishes. Nearest grocery store is in the next village, 3km away.

Anneks i Helsinge med udsigt til mark og skov

Denne naturperle ligger nord for Helsinge i Kongernes Nordsjælland med udsigt til åbne marker og skov. Der er 200 m. til skoven hvor der er gode chancer for at gå på svampejagt eller bare gå en tur i den dejlige natur. Det er meget almindeligt at skovens dyr går lige udenfor vinduerne. Det kan fx være rådyr, dådyr og krondyr. Du kan oplade din elbil hos os. Vi har særskilt elmåler, så der afregnes efter de dagspriser, der findes på andre offentlige ladestander.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Huset ligger i ett lugnt och kulturskyddat område i centrala Landskrona. Parkering kan göras i området, dock ej avgiftsfri utan kostar SEK2/timme dygnet runt. Lägenheten ligger på första våningen i ett tvåfamiljshus, där värdparet bor i lägenheten ovanför. Ytan är ca 74 kvm, fördelat på kök, badrum, sovrum med dubbelsäng samt två vardagsrum, varav i det ena finns en bäddsoffa. Gården lummig och inbjudande och erbjuder flera sittplatser.

The house was designed by Danish architects Friis & Moltke and build in 1970. The house is ideal for a family of two adults and two children with two in the master bedroom and two in the bunkbed room. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwashing machine.
