We also have the most beautiful cycle/walk tracks that will take you all the way to the city centre if you so wish. We are situated 10 from airport and 15 minutes to the city . We are also a very short stroll to the lovely crab farm winery. Plus snapper park camp ground is a short walk which offers eat in or take away meals.

After cyclone Gabrielle hit, our river frontage has changed, replanting in process, becoming lovely and maturing . Our home is about 20 minutes from Napier, off the Taupo rd, and 10 minutes from the airport. Some wonderful cycle paths, walks,wineries and cafes not far away. The 2 bedroom appartment has its own private entrance .Games room and patio area. No kitchen but ,fridge,microwave, bbq etc About 300 metres from the river through a gate. (NB - the owners live upstairs)
