I live close by and guests will be asked to leave immediately. No loud sounds after 10pm. We have to be very respectful of our neighbours. Walk to town in around 20 minutes where you will be able to visit all of the shops and sights. Alternatively hop in the car and drive to Legoland in around 5 minutes or Ascot Racecourse in just over 10.

We are situated just half a mile from Hampton Court where you will find an array of restaurants, cafes and shops to peruse and just a three minute walk from a large open park leading down to the River Thames.
