All tents come with a fireplace and smart TV for relaxing evenings indoors. Full kitchenettes with dishware and Keurig coffee stations. Private bathrooms equipped with luxury amenities. *NO PETS- For the safety of our resident animals, pets are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances. This includes any service animals as well. Occupancy: Each Tent has a strict accommodation maximum policy of 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3 children per bungalow. Visitors: Friends or family visitors are allowed at an additional fee of $20 per person. Visitors are only permitted during the day/evening and cannot stay overnight unless they book their own room. 96 Acres of Adirondack Primitive Campsites

96 absolutely 100% wild, unadulterated acres of pine forest, woodlands and marshland in Stratford, NY: the Gateway to the Adirondacks. The main house - a 1890s, stacked stone farmhouse that has seen better days after being left unattended for 40+ years, a post and beam barn, a small shed used to house carriages and an easement, these are off-limits. The remaining 90+ acres are untouched woodlands inside the Adirondack Park boundary, where anywhere can be your campsite! (Pending hosts approval.)

Screenhouse on the side of the West Canada Creek. Please note this is a 1000 foot walk from your vehicle unless you have a 4wd or all wheel drive vehicle. Site includes a 10 ft by 10 ft screenhouse, picnic table, and outhouse, fire pit, 2 chairs, but no bed. Have 115 acres of farm to explore along the creek, swim in the creek, bring your kayak, tube down the river, or fish for trout in the creek. Secluded, peaceful, and far away from light pollution so the night sky is absolutely beautiful. Get in touch with nature and experience the relaxing simplicity of camping under the stars. Bring your own tent or camping equipment, and whatever else your heart desires. You could even bring your camper/RV. Just be aware that there are no utilities or hookups on site. Lake Tent #2 at The Silverlaken Estate rests on the shore of Silver Lake, minutes from Letchworth State Park and the village of Perry NY. It features a queen bed with a short walk to the restrooms, shower and kitchen facilities for our tent guests. This unique accommodation provides breathtaking views of Silver Lake. Each lake tent has a rain tarp to protect you from bad weather. We provide bedding, bath towels, and toiletries for our lake tents guests.

Relax and fully immerse yourself in nature in this luxurious off-grid retreat. Explore the forest trails, kick back by the fire, or book a meet and greet with the animals. There is a cooler and all the tools that you need to cook over the fire- just bring your own food and ice! Tent has a queen airbed, with space for sleeping bags or single mattresses on floor. No water or electric at site.
