Οι ένοικοι μπορούν να χρησιμοποιούν την μεγάλη πισίνα από κοινού με τους ενοίκους του ισογείου. Bei einem Gläschen Rotwein auf der Terasse können Sie mit Blick aufs Meer die schönen Sonnenuntergänge genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Vom Haus aus sind es etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß über eine kleine Straße hinunter zum Strand.
