Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. This cute and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is located on a quarter acre lot fully fenced. We will be excepting longer stays and 2 pets max.There is a $30 pet fee for each pet per stay must be paid before arrival. In the evenings roast marshmallows around the campfire. In Walking distance to town and a very quiet neighborhood. We are 4 minutes from Gem Island sports complex and only 4 minutes the park to play.

Whether you are passing by or planning to stay this is a convinent place to rest if you want to enjoy Boise.

The ETownHouse Airbnb is less than one-mile from the heart of Emmett and the rodeo fairgrounds. It has a open floor plan (3 bedroom, 2 bath - 1,800 Sq ft) and a large kitchen with skylights. The back porch is a covered patio w/ gorgeous views. This home shares a split driveway. We also have a portable pack and play and high chair for littles.

Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink/disposal (summer), grill & nice yard. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.

The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
