You have your own small kitchen. A patio in the front that over looks the back yard and the burn pit. The bathroom has a fabulous shower and plenty of hot water. Stocked with towels and comfy bedding this place is truly a hideaway. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge and plenty of other kitchen utensils and dishes.

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries. Enjoy the peace of quiet country living. I have no close neighbors and truly live on a farm. The downstairs apartment has it's own back-of-the-house entrance with a large patio area. There are no steps. Down the hill is a pond with fishing and a grass trail all around. We are 8 miles from both Little River Lake and Nine Eagles State Park.
