Serene Studio is just that- a quiet, peaceful, private space to lay your head after exploring St. Augustine. Our 500 sq. foot studio cottage is detached from the main house, where we live. It's set in a residential neighborhood that runs along the Intracoastal Waterway (which makes for gorgeous morning or evening strolls). We're a 10 minute car ride (without traffic!!) to the historic downtown or St. Augustine Beach. Serene Studio is the best of both worlds without the noise, hustle and bustle!

BEST spot to watch the sunrise, (and moonrise) on St Augustine Beach from every room in the condo and from the two direct beach front balconies! CORNER UNIT! TOP FLOOR! One balcony off the upstairs corner primary bedroom suite, walk in closet and ocean view King size beds in each bedroom. Anytime is a good time to be on the beach in St. Augustine! Winter Spring, Summer, or Fall! Besides being steps from the beach there are plenty of local eateries,great food, live music within walking distance.

15 minutes from ol' St Augui. Located in the heart of this typical Florida woods and nested by oaks that saw the Seminole War as we are walking distance from Ft Peyton and 2 miles away from where Osceola was captured. The house sits on half acre of gardens and the decor is ranch, asian and whimsical .The goal is for you to feel transported away for a while. I do have 2 very small, well behaved and quiet dogs and one never seen cat. They do not have access to your quarters or are allowed in.

The unit is above the two-car garage where you enter to go up stairs to the 500 square foot apartment. It has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's a few short blocks to Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) where you can enjoy breath-taking walks. Short drive to everything!
