The Lilypad is a private, delightful two-story home on Kiwanie Lake just blocks from the Southfork of the Spring River. The home sits on an acre of land with a seasonal creek. Fenced and pet friendly (1), it is a great retreat for small or larger groups (9 max). Use our boats for fishing at the lake or enjoy local shuttle rentals on the Spring River. Hardy and Cherokee Village are each a 2 mile drive. Fill your days with the beauty of the outdoors and come home to play pool or enjoy a campfire.

Memories await you at this unique and family-friendly mid-century bungalow on lovely Lake Thunderbird. Leave your worries and stress behind but bring your boat, ice chest, fishing gear, and favorite food and beverages. Home features 2 large bedrooms, a twin rollaway bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Note: the guest space is the upper level of the house. The basement is private and contains a storage room and garage/workshop which are accessed occasionally by the caretaker.
