The residence is in a completely renovated building. It has one bedroom with a king-sized 135cm bed, bathroom, very brightly-lit dining area with a 90cm sofa bed and fully-equipped kitchen. It has three large windows in the main areas, which, being in the corner of the building and facing out to the plaza, get a lot of light; thanks to the Valencian weather, you'll be able to enjoy sunny days for most of the year. Don't worry about a thing, you'll find everything you might need: clean bed sheets and towels, hairdryer, soap, kitchen items, coffee, tea... for you to relax and enjoy your visit in a cozy and quiet apartment located in the historic center of the town, just a few meters away from the Mercado Central (Central Market). It's located at the edge of a quiet plaza next to a very charming pedestrian street, with artisanal basketry and woodwork shops, very lively during the day but very quiet at night. No cars or bars. Plus, thanks to the ideal location in the historic center of town, between the Mercado Central (Central Market) (1 min), Lonja (1 min), and Plaza del Ayuntamiento (1min), it allows you to walk to the main sights in town in less than 5 minutes. Cathedral, Plaza la Reina, Plaza de la Virgen. Also, five minutes away you have the high-speed train station and the subway with a direct connection to the airport. The building has an elevator. The kitchen is equipped with: refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer. Private parking spot available upon request. This atmospheric area is the cultural, political, and historic center of Valencia. Explore its pretty cobble-stoned streets, discover pavement cafes, ancient architecture, and some of Europe’s oldest food markets. You can walk to all the iconic parts of the city in less than 5 minutes. Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, by subway from the Xátiva and Colon station (5 minutes) to Benimaclet, connecting in the Tranvía. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences, you can take the bus (15 minutes). Plus, there are several Valenbisi parking lots less than 1 minute away, which enable you to explore the city or reach the Jardines del Real (del Real Garden) or Jardin del Cauce (Cauce Garden) del rio Turia (Turia River), , the Valencia Central Park in less than 5 minutes. The Cauce Garden of old Turia River is a green belt that connects the entire city, where you can spend the entire day walking under the shade of the trees while you visit several monuments until arriving at the City of Arts and Sciences. It's very easy to reach the apartment since the Xátiva Subway stop that connects directly to the Airport and the Train Station is 5 minutes away. I'll be glad to welcome you at any time of the day. Maravilloso Loft en el Centro Histórico para estrenar. Primer piso muy luminoso en edificio modernista del 1890. Combina la vigueria de madera del techo con una decoracion moderna. Equipamiento y acabados de lujo. Es un espacio único tipo loft de 30 metros cuadrados sin incluir el cuarto de baño. Pueden alojarse tres personas con comodidad. Cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada y comoda a estrenar. Para el descanso tiene una cama doble de 1,50 m y un sofá cama individual de 90 cm. El loft se situa en pleno corazón del Barrio del Carmen. Cuenta con el encanto de ser uno de los barrios antiguos mas grandes de Europa. Esta plagado de monumentos históricos, arquitectura de todas las épocas desde medieval hasta moderna, museos, teatros, mercado de abasto, mercadillos, pequeño comercio de barrio, restaurantes con encanto etc. En definitiva, una gran oferta cultural, de ocio y hostelería. Como experiencia recomendaría a mis huéspedes que se dieran un paseo a pie por el barrio, sin sacar el plano de la mochila y empezar a vagar por su trazado medieval e ir descubriendo multitud de rincones, callejuelas, fachadas, placitas etc, que la mayoría no se encuentran en los circuitos habituales. Para moverse por el barrio lo mas comodo es a pie, pues las distancias no son grandes. También es muy agradable el paseo en bicicleta, con una gran oferta de alquiler. La línea cinco de autobús municipal rodea todo el centro histórico y es muy cómodo para visitar el ensanche de la ciudad. Si venis en coche es posible aparcar en la misma calle o alrededores. Desde el aeropuerto, se puede coger la línea 3 del metro hasta la estación de Angel Guimera.
