With downtown Denver only 15 minutes away, Red Rocks just 20 minutes, and the nearest ski resort a quick 30-minute drive, you’ll have easy access to both city highlights and mountain adventures. We keep it simple — no cleaning checklists, no extra cleaning fees. Just check out and go, we’ll handle the rest.

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.
