Relax in privacy on our 2.5-acre equestrian estate. Walk or ride to polo, Steeplechase track, Hitchcock Woods, and downtown. Guests w/horses: 5 stalls, 2 large paddocks, tack room, and storage shed may be rented separately by "special offer" thru site. DRY stalls are $60/stall/day. You must clean stalls/paddocks daily and return to original condition. Wheelbarrow, pitchfork, etc. provided. Manure must go in container at back gate ($100/pickup) or take it w/you.

You will have your own entrance off the back deck, and can park your car at the side of the house.

Short drive to The Masters golf tournament (35 min), The Palmetto Shooting Complex (40 min), and Savannah River Site (25 min).
