Our 1959-vintage caravan is just 12ft long, best for a couple or two friends. At a pinch, two children could sleep in the king single bed; see the photos and description further down. Wake up to the sounds of Lyrebirds, enjoy a private walk in our rainforest gully and stroll around the garden, one of the best private gardens in the Dandenongs. Offering a minimum one-night stay for a quick getaway, or stay longer & enjoy the peace, sit by the fire - made from a beer keg, and roast marshmallows.

Vintage Vues - 1950s style and forever vistas

Vintage Vues - Cute, Quirky and Eco with Forever Views. 'Meg' the 1959 Globe Caravan is positioned with vistas across the stunning mountain ranges. Soak up the sunrises and sunsets in cosy 50s style. The caravan features a seating area /kitchen with gas cooker and an esky for cold things. There's an outdoor fire pit and gas BBQ for enjoying dinner, drinks and unforgettable sunsets! The bathroom and shower block is a 350 metre walk. The caravan is off grid, solar powered with bottled rainwater.

Viscount Royal Caravan 1974 On Historic Property

The Viscount Royal Caravan 1974 is a huge (9 metre) & has been rejuvenated. Modern but with a fab 70’s atmosphere. It sits under a huge shed with carport, deck & overlooks farmland & bush. It is 50 metres from our old house. Daylesford is 7 minutes away with excellent cafes, restaurants, shops & well-being indulgences. Wineries & galleries are plentiful within a small radius. The “Swiss Mountain Hotel”, our local, has good food, a nice atmosphere & is only 5 minutes to the west in Blampied.

Luxury Glamping Tent (Adults Only)

These tents sleep 2 adults only. Sorry, no pets or children are allowed in these ultra-luxurious glamping tents. With a large king-size bed and inviting doona, sofa, cosy reading lamps, dining table for two, and a crackling log fire in the main room, you will adore the subdued lighting and romantic atmosphere. Leather straps allow the walls to be completely opened up or closed down as you prefer. The spacious ensuite bathroom has a vanity, bathtub for two, a shower and of course toilet.

Come & stay at The Bus Stop with glorious views of the Dorrigo ranges & a short walk on our property to the crystal clear water of the Never Never. Accommodation is in the Bus, lovingly restored to make a comfortable & spacious home away from home. A huge covered deck opens off the bus with a bathroom to the rear of the deck. The Bus Stop offers a relaxing & private space..... an escape from the fast pace of your other life.

This unique nature-focused abode, has a relaxed feel, close to Byron town (only 13kms) but far enough away, for a change of pace & a breather in an abundance of beautiful nature. It includes a large deep bath, big enough for 2 (under cover) on a deck with a beautiful nature view & a relaxing semi-outdoor living area with the van used as the bedroom with A/C. Enjoy the solitude the hinterlands offers, with wide open fresh air without seeing anyone but the kangaroos, koalas & birds.

A cuppa on the deck watching the hares dart past, or a spot in the Polaris to check the cattle before brekky. Big Bluff is a working cattle farm nestled in a hidden valley in the Border Ranges. It has a perfect playground, rolling lawns to run across and a purpose-built entertainment hut for tunes and tall tales.

Nambucca Valley Train Carriages Red carriage

Both our red & green carriages are modeled from the balcony ended tram car Built by Great Eastern Railways, England in 1884. The tram car was built for the Wisebec to Upwell line. Diane & I have built this unique accommodation from the ground up overlooking the NSW North Coast Railway line. The two carriages are located 90 metres from our house & sited to provide you with your own privacy.
