The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

We are about 30 mins from Yosemite and 10 mins to Bass Lake. The local trolley has stops near by and YART can take you to Bass Lake and Yosemite - reserve ahead. This is a cozy downstairs apartment next to the river, with a short walk to the community park.
