This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Historiallinen, hirsitalohuoneisto (rak. 1900, täysin remontoitu 2000-luvulla) merenrannalla metsän rauhassa. Huoneistossa on 2 makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, wc-kylpyhuone ja eteinen. Täysin varusteltu keittiö: astianpesukone, pyykinpesukone, jääkaappi/pakastin, mikro, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ym. Mukavuuksina suihku, wc, ilmanlämpöpumppu. Tilaa 4–5 hengelle, rantasauna varattavissa erikseen 30€/h, (sauna lämmitetään valmiiksi ja vuorot klo.18-22 välillä)
