Puddle Duck Cottage is a charming and beautifully renovated retreat nestled on the edge of the Village Green in the Yorkshire Wolds village of Hutton Cranswick. It is just a short stroll to the local pub, shop, well stocked farm shop as well as a locally renowned butchers. Excellent rail and bus links offer easy access to the Yorkshire coast and the vibrant market towns of Driffield (5 min) & Beverley (<10 min). Puddleduck Cottage offers a cozy and stylish ecape, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

1980's 1 Bed Caravan set in Small Wooded Area.

Set in a small wooded area, on a very quiet campsite (2 pitches only). It has a gas hob and grill, cold water and battery operated lights. Twenty yards away is a composting toilet and hot shower with a hot tap outside. The caravan is basic but very cosy, bedding and towels are provided, with extra bedding for cold nights, there is also tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Wansfell is a lovely 2 bed bungalow located close to the centre of the historic town of Beverley next to the Minster with gardens, conservatory, parking and open aspect views . Ideal to discover the Yorkshire Coast and Wolds. The town itself boasts numerous restaurants and bars as well as a vibrant retail market, including the traditional market on Saturdays. It is an ideal location to enjoy the race and golf courses on the Westwood as well as being a 10 minute walk from the train station.

The cottage is a Grade II listed barn conversion offering a welcoming base for your stay. Heating is provided by a biomass boiler, so very eco friendly. There is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. We are in a quiet village called East Cottingwith: a fantastic base for visiting York and touring Yorkshire. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.
