A short stroll to a lovely Kentish village that nestles at the confluence of 3 rivers the Medway, Beult and Teise. There are 2 village shops, a post office, tearoom and an Indian restaurant/takeaway. The Wool pack, the Boathouse and The Chequers are pubs that are a short drive away and serve food.

Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.

Lovely light and airy en-suite garden studio room. King size bed, kitchenette (with fridge, microwave and air fryer), separate dining table for desk or dining. Use of WIFI. Detached from main house with separate entrance via garden. Parking available on shared driveway or on road. Garden table and chairs available for use (garden is shared with main house). Main house has a small dog so bookers must be happy with dogs!

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Clock House - a haven of tranquility!

In a rural setting, this beautiful converted property is surrounded by countryside and orchards. It sits in its own grounds of our house offering a haven of tranquility, but close to the village of Marden with a rail connection to London and just 20 mins from Tunbridge Wells with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Nearby attractions include Bewl Water, Bedgebury Pinetum and Hush Heath Vineyard.
