Free parking and beautiful back deck. Located in a duplex, you will have the top unit, my family friend lives on the bottom. I live a few streets over and am happy to give local recommendations! We do not allow guests that are not part of the reservation to visit the property during your stay. No loud late nights. Rental does not include access to lower floors, billiard room, porch.

Ocean Breeze

Bright sun filled second floor apartment in a multi unit building. The apartment has one bathroom , two bedrooms the first with a king size bed and the second has a queen. LIving room, dining room, full kitchen with coffee bar. We are a 15 min walk to downtown shops, restaurants, ferries and train station. The home is minutes from the I-95 and we are a half hour drive of the areas most popular attractions. Note there are stairs and a claw foot tub which may make access difficult for some.

This bright apartment is within walking distance of Downtown Mystic with lots of nearby food options food options. There are coastal access points nearby that are within 2 to 5 mins. There are trails across the street for a scenic hike. The sunset views are breathtaking and you can see wildlife and boats including the Argia several times a day. We are 1 exit away from Mystic Seaport and Mystic Aquarium. Use Mystic Go App to see all that you can explore in this area.

It’s great for a couple but can also sleep one smaller framed person on the futon. It has all the amenities you will need for your trip. My place is located up the hill from Good Speed Opera House. The Opera House is on the same side of the river as my place. The folklore is that vacationers used to pay a penny to have their belongings transported by ox and wagon from the port at the river to this corner. A two family home built in 1884. The space is a ground level 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance. There is no TV in the unit, WIFI is available for your devices.
