An easy to reach (by car, bike or public transport) cosy escape. Stylishly decorated, it has its own private garden, outside kitchen and hot tub with fantastic farmland views in every direction. Situated in the beautiful West Essex countryside on the edge of London with its multitude of attractions. The Shepherd’s Hut is also within walking distance of two Forests (Epping and Hainault), two Central Line Stations (Chigwell and Grange Hill) various small villages and numerous local attractions.

The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Get cozy and settle into this rustic and romantic space. Recently refurbished. Parked in the hart of hackney. Great access to Broadway market,Victoria Park and Hackney Wick. Great local pubs. Log burner to keep you worm on cosy at night. Very comfy cabin. The boat might be double moored on occasions, if it’s busy on canal. Also the boat doesn’t have hot water. Great getaway in the hart of east London. You can also enjoy the charming nature of the canal and amazing sunsets.

Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog & cats The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette /it is very basic - not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors You can smoke outside Free parking nearby

This comfortable and modern studio is sited on our family run farm. Rural Location. There is a nearby village shop and petrol station with Marks and Spencers. Village cricket ground. 3 pubs all serving great food. West Horndon and Shenfield Station with trains traveling to London regularly. Fords at Dunton approximately 3 miles away.
