Magnolia Falls is named after the big leaf magnolia trees and the nearby waterfalls on the Peddlers Fork stream. The peaceful and relaxing sounds can be enjoyed year round from the front porch as the stream flows over the rocks and gushes toward the deep gorge below. This tranquil setting sits on 60 acres surrounded by woods with walking trails. You have access to the entire 2nd floor, porches and outdoor area. The first floor isn't rented or occupied; you have the property to yourself.

Some of the favorite features are the year-round hot tub, large back deck, charming living room with gas fireplace to sit and read a book, play board games or watch the Smart TV. This cabin is located just a mile or two off the Slade, KY exit on top of a ridge in Red River Gorge. Built by Paul Rhodes in his spare time, this passion project took over six years to complete and boasts a uniqueness unrivaled by other accommodations.
