Twechar is situated on the Forth and Clyde canal which is used for cycling, walking and kayaking. There are many walks in and around Twechar itself for instance the Roman Fort and easy access to the Trossachs.

The Roundhouse is situated in extensive woodlands and on the edge of open countryside. Built in 2018, it is finished to a high specification with wood-burning stove and big windows with views of the Campsie Hills and open countryside. The Roundhouse is an ideal base to explore the Trossachs, Loch Lomond and Bute & Arran and is really close to Glasgow and half an hour from Edinburgh by train. There are two other cottages on site which, when booked together offer accommodation for 14.

Wonderful stay in a bright apartment with separate entrance . Very stylish and charming place but for quiet people . Clydebank is close to glasgow . Only 16 min by train to Glasgow centre . Property is not suitable for young children as there are older people living underneath. Property consists of 2 bedrooms +living room+kitchen+bathroom.
