This house has been built with organic,sustainable materials and has its own private access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Kenya Coast. The house is secluded in a very private and protected part of Watamu. It boasts a stunning pool and it`s surrounded by a verdant jungle-like garden full of flowers and birds. Stone House - Joy River Backpackers

The Stone House is self-catering and contains, in the main bedroom, one double and one 3/4 bed with an en-suite bathroom, flush toilet, bath and shower. The lounge, with a fireplace, contains a single bed and couch. Bedding is provided and mosquito nets. Joy River Backpackers is situated at the very beginning of the Blyde River Canyon. A genuine African village experience, rustic & laid-back atmosphere prevails and the buildings blend serenely into that of the village. The water is potable.
