Our annex is complete with spacious double bedroom, shower room, lounge & kitchenette. The Annex is located next to the Norfolk & Suffolk Avaition Museum and The Flixton Buck Inn (check online for openings). Flixton is a small rural village, 5 minutes to the historic town of Bungay, 20 minutes to the Norfolk Broads, 30 minutes to Southwold. 20 minutes to Norwich, 40 minutes to Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich. Our central location is perfect for holidaying in Norfolk or Suffolk.

Hot water/heating is provided by heat pump/solar panels and woodburner. Large grassed garden to rear, hammock under apple tree with summer garden room and undercover storage area for cycles. Village brewery Grain have their own taproom which is only open early evening on Friday and Saturdays.
