Nestled on a secluded salt marsh tidal creek that leads to the nearby Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean, enjoy outdoor privacy, beauty, and nature yet with nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, and boating. Parties and events are not allowed.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Charming Cottage, Large yard, quiet get away

Sip your favorite cocktail under the shade of live oaks with the sound of boats passing by. For the active type, rent a 19' center console or launch your paddle board into Page's creek and explore the endless marshes and the Intracoastal Waterway, all less than a mile away. This charming home is newly renovated with a focus on maximum comfort and modern amenities for our guests to enjoy. We are kid friendly. The third bedroom includes a tv and couch for the kids to have their own space.

Creekside Cottage Waterfront Dock Access

A water lovers dream spot is here and waiting for you. Sit back and relax in this private, special waterfront space. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets while sitting waterfront: on the dock, porch and spacious studio cottage. Watch the bird life happen right before your eyes. Here you can immerse yourself in nature, or choose your recreation on the water - Kayak, paddle, fish. The large well appointed galley bathroom is fantastic. Do nothing or do it all; your vacation spot is awaiting.

Quiet Carriage House in Wilmington.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

Bayshore’s sunny side up Studio

Bayshore’s brand new studio suite with kitchenette, updated bathroom, brand new sleep for two bed with luxury linens, new hardwood floors and TV with access to Netflix. Desirable Bayshore location with access to private boat launch and quiet neighborhood setting.Private entrance and parking space for 1 car.  Close to several beaches and downtown Wilmington. 1 mile walk to an Aldi, Chipotle, sushi, and smoothie/power bowl restaurant.

Your own entire guesthouse, situated behind the main home. Studio-style stay, complete with kitchen (light prep), bedroom, bath, closet space, and covered parking spot. Minimal yet functional area with room to breathe. Located between Wrightsville and Surf City/Topsail beaches, and a quick drive to downtown Wilmington.
