This tiny house, at a mere 234 square feet, is the perfect place to get in touch with nature, wine, and northeastern PA. Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. It has a comfortable loft, but also has a ground level pull out sofa. It is not far from gorgeous hiking trails and local kayak rentals. We are excited to welcome you! You must be 21 to book. We’re 15 minutes from the Dutchmans Falls entrance of Loyalsock Forest, Eagles Mere and Worlds End State Park. Just steps from Winterland Winery and Lopez Winery. Private driveway.

It offers a private getaway on 40 acres of wooded land encompassing a creek, walking trails on the old railroad tracks and much more. The cabin offers a kitchen with stove and refrigerator. If fishing is your thing there's Loyalsock & Muncy Creek , Kast Pond is only 1.7 miles away (Pa fishing license required) There's so much to do that's within a half hour drive.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Plenty of room to enjoy indoor or outdoor activities. The house offers privacy and room for families to do a variety of activities. There are many opportunities to hike, bike, shop, hunt, fish, and sightsee. Close to Loyalsock State Park and Ricketts Glenn State Park. Sullivan County now requires us to charge an additional 5% per transaction. This will be added after confirmation.
