Easily accessed from the A9 (on the NC500 route) and just a two-minute walk from a secluded beach and estuary with lots of short walks from the front door and plenty longer ones in the vicinity. Modern appliances and comfortable furnishings, the cottage has everything you will need for a relaxing break.

Polin Beach House is positioned on the hill overlooking spectacular Polin Beach. The house is decorated to a high standard in pastel colours with a nautical touch. Very homely and welcoming. We have something to suit all holiday makers from fishing for salmon or trout, hill walking, Fionaven, Arkle and Stack or just exploring our beaches not forgetting Sandwood Beach. Pony trekking, kayaking and sea angling are also worth a go. Locally caught seafood is served at our Hotels and Restaurants.

On the North Coast 500 route, this property offers an ideal location for exploring both Caithness and Sutherland. Melvich boasts a sandy beach within a 5 minute walk from the cottage. Offering WiFi, television, and off-road parking for one car. Also, with the new addition of a woodburning stove, you will certainly not be cold! Ideally situated for exploring the north of Sutherland and Caithness, this area is popular for walking, fishing, surfing, golfing and has one of the most beautiful beaches in the area!

Located in the quiet hamlet of Oldshoremore, with views to the Aisir Loch from the bedroom. Cosy studio style lounge with wood burning stove and well equipped kitchenette in the same room, 1 upstairs bedroom with stunning views, downstairs shower room and underfloor heating. Ceilings are low so over 6ft 2’’ so you’ll need to duck (although the full ceiling height is 6ft 8" allowing for some headspace), as you’d expect in a 1.5 story Croft House.
