The entire unit is fenced in for complete privacy for our guests. There is a comfortable sleeper couch in living room that turns into bed. The bedroom includes a queen size bed and has a twin size bed underneath. Beach chairs , small cooler and umbrella available. In the back yard there is a gas grill and comfortable chairs. We are only 2 blocks away from the water. Only .6 miles from Dunedin Toronto blue jays stadiums. Less than a mile to downtown Dunedin and 2 miles to downtown Clearwater
