This property is a brand new, modern and unobstructed waterfront beach house built directly on the dunes of Parlee Beach. This is a beautiful, family friendly vacation destination that is centrally located. It is walking distance from the famous Pointe-du-Chêne wharf and only roughly 50 feet from the Parlee Beach trail, no need to drive around all day! This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

This iconic heritage property was built over 100 years ago, with the help of our friends at Architect 4 we were able to preserve some of the original character of the building while implementing a more sophisticated modern elegance to complete this massive renovation project.
