My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities. Bus station is 20 meters from house. Place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The house has a yard with a fence and a covered area for parking cars. The yard has a barbecue, a small table and benches. In the winter terrace is allowed smoking and pets. Two-storey apartment (A4) 85m2. It's nice and newly decorated, close to the beach and town center. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. From the ground floor is a terrace (20m2) with an unforgettable view of the sea. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that have balconies. Guests have parking in the yard, fireplace for barbecue and outdoor shower. The house is surrounded by olive trees and mediterranean flowers.

Apartment is situated in Zadar, Puntamika, surrounded by 3 different beaches, pebble, sandy and rocky beach. There's supermarket, bank, cocktail bars, restaurants near the apartment. City center is 10minutes away by car, 30minutes by foot. You can enjoy in Puntamika beaches and bars, go to city center of Zadar to view all the historical places, or go to Gaženica port, hop on a ferry to one of a nearby islands and enjoy the sunny beaches.

Located in the old and one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Zadar, our apartment is only 15min walk from the old town, 5min from the sea, main bus station and big supermarkets. There is a beautiful paved walking trail on the shore near the apartment leading to the old town. Along the walking trail there are a lot of beautiful beaches to enjoy!
