You'll be close to everything historic Granbury has to offer. There's room to park your boat trailer and a public boat launch less than a mile away.

Don't worry, though, you don't have to travel far for dining or entertainment, as restaurants and shops are just a few miles away. If you'll be traveling with your horses, the property also has horse lots with loafing sheds and horse arenas - available at an additional cost. Please inquire about pricing and availability. Quiet Western Country Setting

Enjoy a rural setting in the heart of cowboy country. Room to bring a horse and relax in quiet while being able to travel to many amenities surrounding Stephenville, Texas. (We're 2 miles out of town) Our new tiny home has a comfy bed, kitchen, and a place to kick off your shoes and relax. Come enjoy a fire outside, sit on the porch, or go for a ride in the area. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval. This includes a $20 pet fee. Up to 3 horses allowed with pre-approval and horse fee.

I personally clean and detail the space so it is spotless for each and every guest!

Pets are allowed. There is a $50.00 one time cleaning fee. Crate is required. We clean and sanitize the cottage after every guest. Sanitizing the entire cottage, bathroom and kitchen areas, every surface you touch (lamps, handles, light switch and door knobs). (see photos).
