We share our building with a bank and a Notary. The apartments are on the 2nd floor. There’s a lift in the house.

Charming old forester’s house with modern design interior located in the midst of Gauja National Park 70km away from Riga.Beautiful summer vacation place for wildlife lovers. House has two levels. On the ground floor there is 50 m² cosy living room with kitchen, WC and bath. On the second floor there is spacious bedroom to sleep up to 5 people. Medieval town Cesis is just 20 km away, but to Ligatne city (8km) you can get by crossing river with the ferry driven by the strength of currents.

Our house has two separate bedrooms, where 4 adults will sleep comfortably. The living room has a large pull-out sofa, where two more adults or teenagers can also sleep, plus 2 extra kids beds

Vēsturiska zemnieku sēta Kārkliņi

Kārkliņi ir uzcelta 1892 gadā Kārkliņi bija turīgi zemnieki, kam piederēja zirgu stalis, kā neatņemama tā laika saimniecības daļa bija arī govis, cūkas un citi dzīvnieki 1979 gadā māju no Kārkliņiem nopirka mana omīte Zigrīda Stungure, kas bija savulaik spoža Dailes teātra aktrise. Viņa ar savu vīru Jāni izmantoja māju, kā vasaras atpūtas rezidenci. 2013 gadā es pārņēmu Kārkliņus savā īpašumā. Šo gadrīz 10 gadu laikā esmu atgriezis māju tā sākotnējā veidolā, kāda tā bija ap 1920 gadu.

Sigulda can be visited for a family day out with tree walks and amusement rides on offer or visit the old castle in Cesis for a cultural experience.
