Relax in this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a full laundry. Enjoy riverfront sunsets from the open-air covered deck, 25 feet above the ground. It’s just a few steps to the river, or take a stroll to the Mendenhall Wetlands trail, 300 yards from the doorstep, along a 3 mile trail maintained all year.
