First floor is a spacious studio with full bed, couch, dining area, kitchen, full bath. Separate entrance basement has full-sized bunk bed, sofa, and love seat. It is complete with fire pit, patio, walk to fishing bridge & 5 min drive to boat docks!

You can access the water from the small deck (too shallow for ski boats) off the back yard in June and early July when the lake is full. As the water retreats in mid-July and August, enjoy the views and bird life. In the winter, ski at Tamarack or Brundage ski resorts, go snowmobiling, sledding, and relax in the local hot springs. It's within a 20 minute drive to Brundage and Ponderosa State Park. In addition you'll find access to Green Gate and Wallace snowmobile parking just down the street. Inside you'll find an open sleeping loft with three beds - two twin beds and full/futon, and a separate main floor bedroom with a queen bed.
