The decor is Southwest with touches of antique flare. It is very spacious and central to the university, grocery stores, coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, and the downtown mall. The space is extremely cozy so you can feel right at home. There is a 5-6 person private hot tub behind the garage that is gated and available 24 hrs a day.

Pueblo Style home on 1+ Acre with Pool! This charming 4BR/2BA Pueblo Style home features stunning details throughout. Gorgeous saltillo tile in the living areas with beautiful wood beam accents, and a kiva-style fireplace for cozy winter nights. The primary suite offers direct access to the covered patio for summer dips in the pool and evening Sunsets. The 4th bedroom is huge and could be used as a second living area. This renovated adobe casita is the 2nd structure after our main house. The 3rd is a smaller vacation rental called Yucca Casita. We are within 2 blocks of the historic Mesilla plaza with its farmers market, shops, galleries, restaurants, and walking trails along historic acequias (canals).
